Refund policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or changes to your order cannot be accommodated.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, order errors, or dissatisfaction with the product.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund, provided the issue is verified and subject to product availability. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once your claim has been processed, we will advise what to do with the damaged or defective item. We will ship you the replacement free of charge.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS:Once an order is placed, modifications (e.g., changes to shipping address or payment method) cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE SELLER:In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
